This flow is dedicated to those who enjoy the more dynamic and powerful flow, full of energy and vigorous asanas. You can expect many familiar poses with a hint of spice to lift your mood and build your strength. It will leave you feeling strong and fulfilled. This flow is an opportunity to deepen your asana practice. You can most certainly expect an energetic playlist to go with it to inspire you to try something new! Booking Policy
You can schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments no more than 2 hours prior to the class. Please be informed that the minimum number of participants is 2 for us to be able to run the class. If the class has fewer than 2 participants you will be informed in advance and given an opportunity to either cancel/reschedule the booking or to have the unique experience of having a private class for the discounted cost of 850 THB. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 2 hours in advance. No show and cancellations made in less then 2 hours will be fully charged with no refund.
