PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Payment is required to reserve a course/class/retreat/event attendance. No show or cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointed starting time are non refundable. In cases due to instructor's illness, government lock-down or other restrictions that are out of  Yogania’s control, you may change your reservation to any other course date by giving at least 1 week notice.

General booking/cancelation policy at each class booking page states: "You can schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments no more than 2 hours prior to the class. Please be informed that the minimum number of participants is 2 for us to be able to run the class. If the class has fewer than 2 participants you will be informed in advance and given an opportunity to either cancel/reschedule the booking or to have the unique experience of having a private class for the discounted cost of 850 THB. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 2 hours in advance. No show and cancellations made in less then 2 hours will be fully charged with no refund."

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

Sometimes we may take pictures or video recordings during the course for students and marketing. Yogaia may use these for marketing purposes. If you do not want to be included in these pictures or videos, please let us know and we will make sure we are not using any pictures or videos of you.

ALCOHOL AND DRUG POLICY

​

The use of alcohol and recreational drugs is prohibited during the retreats, including during free time. Breaking this policy will result in eviction from the course without being entitled to any refund.

SMOKING

​

Smoking is prohibited on the studio’s premises.

RIGHT TO DISMISS

​

We reserve the right to dismiss with no refund, at any time during the classes/ course/retreat/event, any attendee who fails to adhere to the above conditions or disturbs the process in any other way.
