Yoga Instructor
Eunice’s mantra is ‘Yoga is not a work-out; it’s a work-in.’ She believes yoga has transformative power in individual lives and loves holding space and sharing the practices with others. Her teaching style offers structure and maintains balance, often combining pranayama, asana, and meditation, guiding practitioners to explore their physical capabilities as well as inner depths. Additionally, she offers sound therapy and Reiki sessions.

Ania
Founder of Yogania
With over 20 years of dedicated yoga practice and 5 years of teaching experience, she specialises in guiding both children and adults on their yoga journey. Ania teaches a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga, adapting each practice to meet the unique needs of her students. As a certified children's yoga specialist, she loves introducing young ones to the benefits of yoga, helping them build focus, balance, and self-awareness from an early age. Ania's qualifications, earned in Thailand, reflect her deep commitment to yoga as a holistic lifestyle, which she brings into every class she teaches.

Chew Meng
Yoga Instructor
Chew Meng is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher living in Bangkok. As a student, he is committed to deepening his understanding of the wisdom of yoga in all its dimensions. In his role as a teacher, he aspires to lead students towards discovering their unique spiritual journeys through the asana physical practice. Chew Meng’s yoga classes are vinyasa-based, offering a blend of challenge and satisfaction within the flow.

Meet Gabriela Moriarty, a vibrant spirit who follows her heart and shares her truth with unwavering authenticity. Throughout many professional experiences, yoga and creativity have remained her vital resources, helping her connect and reconnect with what truly matters.
As a multidisciplinary practitioner and facilitator, she brings a unique blend of practices to her work. At Yogania Yoga Studio, she teaches Trauma-Informed Yoga, creating compassionate and safe spaces for healing and growth. Gabriela also uses Tibetan Singing Bowls and her voice—through singing and poetry—to restore and recover the nervous system. Additionally, she facilitates drama and yoga education for young learners, igniting their imaginations and encouraging self-expression.
